Chapter: Chapter 3: Over Coffee
It’s special holiday page season, so here’s something a little different for Motherlover this week. 2018 was an absolutely incredible debut year, and I’m blown away and humbled by the response to the comic. I’m so happy and so thankful to be able to continue to make comics for y’all, year after year, and I’m looking forward to making more in 2019.
I hope the holiday season is treating you kindly! See you next year with new Motherlover pages, and the continuation of chapter three!
Happy holidays to you and your family too, Lindsay! Thank you for this sweet page. Made me smile!
This is the point President Trump is making by saying “Merry Christmas,” that despite what progressive censors say, it is OK to use this traditional greeting. People should say Merry Christmas — or Happy Hanukkah, Happy Diwali, Eid Mubarak, or any other holiday greeting proudly and happily, and hope others will take it in the festive spirit it is offered.
First of all, how dare you bring that man’s name into a comic that celebrates love and rejects bigotry. He has no place here. He has no power here.
Second of all, I don’t observe a religious end-of-year holiday, so ‘happy holidays’ to mark the time of year when others do suits me just fine.
